PNA Bank-a-cue 10th anniversary
August 1st, 2009 marked the 10th Anniversary of when PNA Bank, a locally owned and operated, community bank first opened its doors. The sunny Saturday afternoon was spent celebrating with a Customer Appreciation Day ‘Bank-a-cue!’ Customers had received free food and drinks catered by Schauls, various entertainment, money raffles and free give-a-ways as a ‘thank you’ for their loyalty. The event was organized by the bank employees, including the bank’s Vice Presidents, Senior Vice President and President. “We felt as a community bank, we should be out thanking our customers personally. How often have you had the opportunity to interact with a CEO or President? We know that as a smaller bank, we have the capabilities of having all the services of a big bank but still are able to throw an event this size because of our size,” stated Senior Vice President, Lisa Formanski. Also in attendance, PNA Bank President, Larry Chlum had this to say about the Bank-a-cue turnout, “the feedback I received from customers was great. The customers I spoke to really appreciated the event and I believe the barbeque generated a lot of goodwill and loyalty with those customers who attended.”
